The serious stuff:
60 % Frankland River Pinot Noir and 40 % Shiraz from 20 – 25 year old vines, hand harvested, destemmed, co-fermented and crushed into open top concrete fermenters and left on skins for 8 days. Raised in French oak barriques for 8 months – 20% new, 80% seasoned oak.

RS: 0.49 g/L
Fining: Unfined
But, what does it taste like?
Pretty, floral, red cherry and strawberry aromatics with the raspberry, spice and spine of cool climate Shiraz adding punch and structure to the palate. These challenging times call for a Modern Red with old fashioned values. The seductive Pinot Noir sharing bottle space with the hot headed Shiraz; making wine great again.
